2 eggs

4 cups powdered sugar

2 sticks unsalted butter, softened

2-3 tablespoons heavy cream

2 teaspoons peppermint extract

Peppermint pieces, for topping


1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix eggs, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.

4. Combine Wet and Dry: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
