1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 teaspoons black pepper

For the sauce:

1 stick of unsalted butter

8 cloves of garlic, chopped

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  2. In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Add the wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Refrigerate uncovered for at least an hour, or overnight for the best results.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees or preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees.

  7. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  8. Add the chopped garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
  9. Turn off the heat and add the chopped parsley. Stir to combine.
  10. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl or container.
  11. Pour the butter mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  12. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the wings and stir to mix.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
