Caramel Cinnamon Banana Pudding

Caramel sauce (link to recipe)

Cinnamon sugar vanilla wafers (link to recipe)

1–3.4oz package of instant vanilla pudding

2 cups milk

4–5 bananas (sliced)

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbs sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract


1.    In a bowl, whisk cold milk and instant pudding until combined and thick.

2.    Using a mixer or hand blender, add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to a bowl. Mix on high speed for about 1 minute or until medium to stiff peaks form.

3.    Add whipped cream to pudding and mix with a spoon or spatula until combined.

4.    In a 2 quart dish, begin layering the ingredients. Start with pudding, then add bananas, followed by the cinnamon sugar vanilla wafers. Lastly, drizzle liberally with caramel sauce. Repeat layering until complete.

5.    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
